Athletes First and Winnebago Team Up to Launch Nationwide Tailgate Tour
NEW YORK, September 14, 2023 (VSNewsNetwork.com) - Football representation agency Athletes First announced a unique partnership with Winnebago today. The partnership officially kicked off with the Athletes First Tailgate Tour, which began on Saturday, September 9, in New York City at MetLife Stadium. The initiative aims to enhance the game-day experience for NFL and NCAA fans by traveling across the United States in a custom Winnebago Forza for six months, concluding at Super Bowl LVII in Las Vegas. The tour will feature surprise activations and charitable initiatives at each stop.
Founded in 2001, Athletes First has a roster of more than 450 clients, including athletes, coaches, and front-office personnel. The agency has brokered numerous record-breaking contracts and represents a diverse clientele that includes NFL MVPs and top draft picks. Earlier this year, the agency was acquired by Mastry Ventures in partnership with General Catalyst. The acquisition aimed to expand opportunities for Athletes First's clients in various sectors, including investments, brands, technology, and media.
Brian Murphy, Founder and CEO of Athletes First, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership: "Athletes First clients and their families deserve the best, which is why we are thrilled to partner with Winnebago, an elite brand synonymous with the absolute best outdoor lifestyle products. Through this unprecedented partnership and our customized Winnebago, Athletes First will provide our clients and their families with elite game-day experiences, marketing and branding opportunities, and charitable initiatives."
