WINNIPEG, Manitoba, March 27, 2024 (VSNewsNetwork.com) - Cando Rail & Terminals, a provider of specialized rail operating services and terminal infrastructure, has announced Nate Servis as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective March 26, 2024. Servis succeeds Rick Soenen, who is retiring after a distinguished tenure with the company.

With over 15 years of experience in investment banking on Wall Street, specializing in the Transportation & Logistics sector, Servis brings a comprehensive understanding of the rail industry to Cando Rail & Terminals. His most recent position was Managing Director in the Industrials group at Wells Fargo Securities, where he was instrumental in leading the firm’s rail sector coverage. His responsibilities included the origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions, as well as capital raising transactions for clients within the Transportation & Logistics sector. Notably, Servis played a key role in the sale of Cando Rail & Terminals to AIMCo in November 2022.
