The initiative, dubbed "Donate a Barbie Doll for a Free Wedding", invites engaged couples to donate Barbie or Ken dolls to Positively Kids, a non-profit organization committed to supporting medically fragile children in the Las Vegas area.

As a token of appreciation for their contribution, the first 10 couples to participate in the campaign will receive a complimentary Barbie-themed wedding ceremony at the Chapel of the Flowers.
