Rob Hofferman has joined the agency as Vice President and Managing Director, and Anne Vaschetto has been appointed Group Creative Director.

Hofferman brings prior experience in account management across various industries, including consumer electronics, beverages, and consumer packaged goods. He has held roles at agencies such as BBDO, GREY, and CP+B, managing accounts for brands like Pepsi, Canon, and Kraft. According to Moxie Sozo, Hofferman will focus on building client relationships and supporting sales growth through enhanced campaign strategies.

Vaschetto, who joined the agency in June, has a background in creative leadership with experience in global design agencies. She has worked on brand development for companies including Procter & Gamble, Kraft Foods, and Clif Bar. According to Moxie Sozo, her role will focus on expanding the agency’s creative capabilities and strengthening its offerings for new and existing clients.
