Dave Liniger, co-founder of RE/MAX and current Chairman of Daddy’s Chicken Shack, continues to lead the brand's growth through his Denver-based investment group, Area 15 Ventures.

“We’re confident his leadership will elevate our brand’s presence in this key market,” said Dave Liniger Jr., CEO of Daddy’s Chicken Shack, emphasizing Pillsbury’s background in franchise and real estate development as a key asset for the company's expansion in Denver.

Pillsbury will focus on identifying prime locations for new stores and working with potential franchisees to ensure successful operations. He brings a history of growth initiatives, having previously scaled a commercial reconstruction company to $23.3 million in production within seven years. Speaking about the company’s plans in Denver, Pillsbury said, “We have an ambitious plan for 33 new stores over the next seven years, starting with our first location in early 2025.”

The brand is seeking additional franchise partners in Denver and across the country to support its growth. "The Denver market is just the beginning," said Todd Haavind, Vice President of Franchise Development at Daddy’s Chicken Shack, highlighting the potential for further development in other regions.
