Weltzin, whose career in legal leadership spans nearly three decades, is set to enhance Evolve's strategic direction and legal operations.

In her new role, Weltzin will oversee the bank's legal affairs, offer strategic legal counsel, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. Her extensive experience in handling complex legal matters is expected to significantly contribute to Evolve's ongoing success and expansion efforts.

Weltzin comes to Evolve from Ally Bank, where she served as Associate General Counsel and was integral to the legal operations of Ally Lending. Her tenure at BB&T (now Truist Bank) further solidified her reputation, where she was involved in the acquisition of SunTrust Bank, managed corporate governance for the Board of Directors and over a dozen subsidiaries, and engaged with regulatory agencies.
