OKLAHOMA CITY, November 18, 2024 (VSNewsNetwork.com) — Anti-hunger organization Feed the Children has announced Emily Callahan as its new President and CEO, effective January 2025. According to the organization, Callahan will oversee the implementation of its new strategic plan, with a focus on expanding global partnerships and serving a larger number of children and families.

Callahan has over 25 years of experience in nonprofit and corporate leadership roles. Most recently, she was Chief Marketing Officer at ALSAC, the fundraising arm of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. During her time there, revenue increased from $600 million to more than $2.5 billion, and the organization was recognized as the "Most Trusted Brand in America” by Morning Consult. Callahan has also held leadership roles with Susan G. Komen, the Association of National Advertisers, and the Alliance for Inclusive and Multicultural Marketing.
