Greenwood and The Gathering Spot Settle Business Disputes to Continue Joint Mission

ATLANTA, July 24, 2023 (VSNewsNetwork.com) - Today, Greenwood and The Gathering Spot announced a joint resolution to their recent business disputes, expressing their mutual commitment to continue uplifting Blacks and minorities by fostering community building and supporting financial freedom throughout the nation.

"Greenwood, founded with the objective of promoting financial freedom and economic prosperity for the Black community, aligned forces with The Gathering Spot last year to further our shared mission," said Ryan Glover, CEO & Co-founder of Greenwood. "We're prepared to complete the work we initiated, with the original spirit we started with, and continue to develop and expand our community," added Ryan Wilson, CEO of The Gathering Spot.

Greenwood, a financial technology firm aimed at Black and Latino individuals and businesses, and The Gathering Spot, a private membership network centered on the Black community, both share the vision of supporting financial freedom for minorities through community building, entrepreneurship, group economics, and wealth-building. The Gathering Spot will maintain its independent operation as a Greenwood subsidiary under the leadership of co-founders, Ryan Wilson, and TK Petersen.

"No one benefits when there's a disagreement within the family. We apologize for the distractions caused within our communities over the past week due to the public discourse. As we collaborate for our community and clientele, we pledge to maintain the highest standards," stated both Glover and Wilson.

While business disputes are not uncommon in corporate environments, Greenwood and The Gathering Spot are satisfied to resolve this issue and progress. Although the agreement terms were not disclosed, both companies are content with the result and are eager to continue advocating for inclusive economic growth and community. This settlement marks a new chapter of collaboration and shared vision, following a period of contention between the two companies.
