The firm was established as a collaboration between the leaders of Harney Partners, a corporate advisory firm with a 30-year history, and investment banking veteran Eric Welchko, who will lead Harney Capital.

Harney Capital and Harney Partners will operate independently but maintain a strategic affiliation, allowing the firms to share advisory services and expertise.
