DALLAS, February 25, 2025 (VSNewsNetwork.com) — Real estate company Invitation Homes has announced the promotion of Timothy J. Lobner to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, effective March 2. Lobner, who has been with the company since 2012, most recently served as Executive Vice President and Head of Field Operations.

According to the company, Lobner’s new role will focus on overseeing property management operations and supporting Invitation Homes' long-term strategic initiatives. Charles D. Young will continue as President.

Lobner has held multiple leadership positions at Invitation Homes, including Executive Vice President of Operations Support. Before joining the company, he worked at Trammell Crow Company, focusing on industrial, office, and retail development. Prior to his career in real estate, he served as a nuclear submarine officer in the U.S. Navy.
