Kraft Heinz Appoints Angel Shelton Willis as Global General Counsel and Corporate Affairs Officer

PITTSBURGH, October 26, 2024 (VSNewsNetwork.com) – The Kraft Heinz Company has announced the appointment of Angel Shelton Willis as Executive Vice President, Global General Counsel and Corporate Affairs Officer, effective November 18, 2024. Willis will be joining the executive leadership team and reporting to CEO Carlos Abrams-Rivera.

Willis joins Kraft Heinz from Sealed Air Corporation, where she currently serves as Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary, overseeing global legal, ethics, compliance, regulatory, and corporate affairs functions.

Willis has held various leadership positions at Sealed Air Corporation and previously worked at Ingersoll Rand Company (now Trane Technologies), where she served as Vice President & Deputy General Counsel – Mergers & Acquisitions, Finance & Restructuring. Earlier in her career, she held legal roles at Cummins, Inc., and Ice Miller.

Willis holds a BA in Economics and Political Science, an MBA from Clemson University, and a JD from the University of Illinois. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of SPX Technologies, Inc. and will be relocating to Chicago to work from Kraft Heinz’s co-headquarters.
