Motwani Jadeja Foundation and Atlantic Council Initiate Delegation to Strengthen India's Global Relations
NEW DELHI, February 21, 2024 (VSNewsNetwork.com) - The Motwani Jadeja Foundation, in collaboration with the Atlantic Council, has established the "Motwani Atlantic Council Delegation to India." According to a recent press release, this initiative aims to bring together six experts deeply involved in various aspects of India's progress, including economic development, foreign policy, security, culture, and innovation, to participate in the ninth edition of the Raisina Dialogue.
The Raisina Dialogue, co-hosted by the Ananta Centre and the Ministry of External Affairs of India, is scheduled to take place from February 21-23, 2024, at the Imperial Hotel in New Delhi. It serves as a prominent platform for promoting bilateral discussions and cooperation between India and the United States.
Asha Jadeja Motwani, the founder behind this initiative and a notable figure in venture capitalism and philanthropy, emphasized the delegation's role in fostering global partnerships to support India's growth on the international stage. "I am honored to lead the Motwani Atlantic Council Delegation to India, a platform that seeks to harness global leaders' collective expertise and passion towards shaping India's trajectory on the world stage. We will strive to catalyze impactful collaborations and drive positive change, advancing India's position as a global leader in the 21st century," said Motwani.
The delegation is a continuation of Motwani's efforts to promote India's global aspirations, following the Global India Dialogues launched at Davos 2024. The Motwani Atlantic Council Delegation to India is designed to translate the mission of deepening the understanding of India's global ambitions and challenges into practical initiatives, aiming for inclusive, sustainable, and prosperous global collaborations.
The discussions by the delegation at the Raisina Dialogue will encompass a wide array of topics, including strategic partnerships like the Quad, I2U2, and iCET, the future of warfare, supply chains, global health systems, innovation and accountability in AI, global south partnerships, combating extreme weather events, trust in R&D and tech collaborations, critical minerals, and the future of the India-U.S. partnership.
