PITTSBURGH, July 24, 2023 (VSNewsNetwork.com) - PPG (NYSE:PPG), today made the official announcement that Christopher N. Roberts III, executive vice president and general manager of global food and beverage at Ecolab Inc., has been elected to its board of directors. Roberts' appointment is effective from October 18, 2023, and he will serve on the Audit Committee and the Sustainability and Innovation Committee of PPG’s board.'

Roberts, a seasoned professional in the industry, has held various leadership roles at major corporations including Land O’Lakes, Inc., Cargill, Inc., and started his career with PepsiCo, Inc.’s Frito-Lay business. In 2020, Roberts served as a strategy and growth advisor to MIC Capital Partners, a private equity firm, and held director positions in companies such as The Meredith Corporation.
