LOS ANGELES, CA, September 14, 2023, (VSNewsNetwork.com) — Pray.com, a prominent app for prayer and faith-based content, has introduced a new podcast series called "Meditative Prayers." Hosted by Dr. Tim Clinton and his son Zach Clinton, the series aims to address various challenges people face, including mental health and relationship issues, through the practice of Christian meditation.

Data indicates that approximately one in five adults in the United States is living with a mental illness, many of whom do not have access to adequate care. The "Meditative Prayers" series is positioned to address this gap by offering faith-based meditative practices designed to assist with conditions like mild stress or anxiety.

Dr. Tim Clinton, an established therapist and the current president of the American Association of Christian Counselors, commented on the intent behind the podcast: "Integrating spiritual disciplines into daily life can provide strength to overcome struggles."

Zach Clinton, founder and host of the "Built Different" podcast, emphasized the multi-generational approach of "Meditative Prayers." He stated, "We each bring a different perspective to many of the issues affecting listeners across both our generations."

The podcast will consist of 210 episodes, released on weekdays. Each episode will focus on a variety of themes, such as anxiety, relationships, and parenting, among others. The show is designed to appeal to a broad audience, irrespective of age or gender.

Max Bard, Pray.com's VP of Content, stated, "This series aims to apply biblical wisdom and spiritual practices to help listeners improve their mental health and relationships."

The "Meditative Prayers" series is part of Pray.com’s broader initiative to offer a variety of spiritual resources, focusing on a holistic approach to mental and spiritual well-being.

In addition to "Meditative Prayers," Pray.com hosts podcasts from leading Christian pastors and speakers, daily prayers and Bible-based resources to aid listeners wherever they may be in their spiritual growth journeys.
