OVERLAND PARK, Kan., Nov. 4, 2024 (VSNewsNetwork.com) – Prime Capital Financial, a financial planning and advisory company, has announced the appointment of Jania Stout, CPFA, as President of Prime Capital Retirement and Prime Capital Wellness. According to the company, Stout, who brings 28 years of experience in the retirement industry, will lead the firm’s retirement plan consulting and wellness services on a national scale.

Stout has previously held roles across provider and advisory sectors, including positions at ADP and Fidelity and most recently as Senior Vice President of Retirement and Wealth at OneDigital. Her previous experience centered around fiduciary governance and employee financial wellness, areas she will continue to advance at Prime Capital Financial.

Stout’s industry recognition includes awards such as the 2023 Retirement Plan Advisor of the Year by Institutional Investor and the 2020 Top Advisor by Participant Outcomes by 401(k) Specialist Magazine. She has also been involved in regulatory discussions, having testified before Congress and collaborated with the Department of Labor on fiduciary regulations.
