Project Lead The Way Appoints Jason Bailey and John Williams to Executive Leadership Team
INDIANAPOLIS, October 25, 2024 (VSNewsNetwork.com) – Project Lead The Way (PLTW), a nonprofit organization focused on STEM education for PreK-12 students, has announced the appointment of Dr. Jason Bailey as Executive Vice President and Chief of Staff, and John Williams as Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer.
Bailey will work as a strategic partner across the organization, leading special projects and supporting key stakeholders. His role is aimed at enhancing market intelligence and addressing the needs of students, teachers, and administrators, with a focus on expanding PLTW’s impact and capacity. Bailey has 30 years of experience in education, including leadership positions in the Evansville-Vanderburgh School Corporation, the Indiana Department of Education, and the State Educational Technology Directors Association (SETDA). He holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Indiana State University.
In his new role, Williams will lead PLTW’s sales, marketing, communications, and customer success operations. His focus will be on improving the customer experience and driving student engagement. Williams has more than 30 years of experience in educational technology, including leadership roles at TORSH, Follett School Solutions, IBM, and Educational Testing Services (ETS). He holds an MBA from Temple University.
