DALLAS, July 25, 2024 (VSNewsNetwork.com) - RIP-IT Sports has announced the appointment of Amy Craven as the company's first Chief Marketing Officer. This appointment coincides with the launch of new products specifically designed for female athletes, including the FUTURE Volleyball Court Shoe and the Ringor Pro Softball Cleat.

Janelle Anderson, who recently took on the role of CEO at RIP-IT, discussed the significance of this expansion. According to Anderson, the company aims to fill a gap in the market by providing sports gear designed exclusively for female athletes. "Athletes and fans alike are done with the 'Pink It and Shrink It' mentality that has dominated sports for far too long, as women are built to live and play differently than men," Anderson stated.

The new FUTURE Volleyball Court Shoe features several innovations, including a 360-degree fit system to prevent heel slippage, a wider toe box, enhanced traction with strategically placed flex grooves, and anti-ankle roll technology. A pilot study by VERT Performance Lab indicated that these features significantly reduced the impact from landings, decreasing the likelihood of injuries by 63.24%.

Craven, who has over 18 years of marketing experience, will lead the company's efforts to grow its brand presence. She expressed her enthusiasm for joining the company, stating, "The common vernacular right now is that women’s sports isn’t having a moment, it’s a movement. Nowhere is that more obvious than RIP-IT as a sports brand being led by women, for women."

RIP-IT's new products will be available on their website and at select retailers, including Dick’s Sporting Goods, Scheels, and Hibbett Sports. The company plans to collaborate with top collegiate volleyball and softball players to promote their latest offerings.
