ThankYouX Debuts First Solo Exhibition in Korea, Hosted by Artue

SEOUL, South Korea, August 29, 2023 (VSNewsNetwork.com) - Artue, the global online art platform, will host the first solo exhibition of contemporary artist ThankYouX in Korea. Titled "ThankYouX - Odyssey," the show will run from September 7 to October 8, 2023, at Shinsegae's BOONTHESHOP Cheongdam flagship store. ThankYouX, who initially gained recognition in the street art scene, has now evolved into a significant figure in Web 3.0 art. The exhibition will feature nine artworks, including seven new pieces and two notable works that combine digital and physical mediums.

ThankYouX embarked on his artistic journey by paying tribute to Andy Warhol through street art in 2009. He transitioned from street art into the U.S. gallery scene and fine art, focusing on geometric patterns and movement-based abstract works. ThankYouX aims to incorporate blockchain technology into his practice, challenging traditional art norms. His past projects, such as a collaboration with Oscar-winning composer Hans Zimmer, have garnered international attention, solidifying his ability to blend digital and physical art elements seamlessly.
