Utah Cidery Thieves Guild Announces Central 9th Location in Salt Lake City

Utah-based Thieves Guild Cidery has announced the upcoming opening of its first location in the Central 9th neighborhood of Salt Lake City.

The micro-cidery and taproom will be situated at 117 W 900 S, in the former Alphagraphics building. Joining the growing community of bars in the area, Thieves Guild aims to create an immersive experience for its patrons, with an ultra-modern cellar and tavern-like taproom inspired by fantasy lore.

The owners, Jordy Kirkman and Maxwel Knudsen, bring over 22 years of combined hospitality and cidermaking experience to the venture. Thieves Guild plans to offer unique, small-batch ciders and meads on tap, accompanied by eccentric bar snacks.
