In her new role, Cicalese will manage relationships with investors and strategic partners, contribute to resource allocation strategies, and oversee the firm's investment portfolio.
Cicalese brings nearly 20 years of experience in energy sector finance and investor relations. Before joining XMC, she served as Director of Investor Relations at Juniper Capital. Her tenure at J.P. Morgan spanned 16 years, where she held various senior management roles, including Executive Director, overseeing the corporate energy division’s reserve-based loan portfolio. Cicalese also held leadership positions at Arch Energy Partners and ROC Energy Acquisition Corp.
