According to the company, Kvernen will be responsible for leading the company’s growth strategy and expanding its hotel property portfolio.

Kvernen’s background includes senior roles in hospitality, with his most recent position as senior vice president of operations and business development at Aimbridge Hospitality, where he was involved in enhancing operational efficiencies and fostering strategic company growth. He also served as chief operating officer at both Terrapin Hospitality and KPartners Hospitality, in addition to holding various management roles at Sage Hospitality.
