Barnes has more than 30 years of leadership experience across the pharmacy and medical benefit industries.

Barnes joins GoodRx following her role as CEO of RxBenefits, where she led the company’s support for over 2,000 self-insured clients, serving more than three million people. Previously, she was President of Express Scripts Pharmacy, where she oversaw operations and financial performance for pharmacies serving 100 million members. Barnes also held leadership roles at Rite Aid and Pfizer and served as a Medical Service Corps Officer in the United States Air Force for 10 years.
