COURBEVOIE, France, Nov. 7, 2024 (VSNewsNetwork.com) – Biometric technology provider, IDEMIA Public Security, has announced the appointment of Vincent Bouatou as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Head of the International CTO Office. According tothe company, In his new role, Bouatou will oversee IDEMIA's technology and cybersecurity strategy, technical governance, and innovation, with a particular focus on artificial intelligence and biometric solutions.

Bouatou has over 20 years of experience within IDEMIA, where he has held roles in the Research and Technology Unit, Global R&D, and Public Security & Identity, culminating in his recent position within the CTO Office. According to the organization, His contributions have helped establish IDEMIA's biometric technologies as leaders in criminal identification, with IDEMIA's fingerprint, facial recognition, and biometric algorithms achieving high rankings in recent evaluations by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
