Jim McCafferty Joins Samaritan’s Feet as COO, Opts Out of Salary to Support Charity’s Mission

CHARLOTTE, N.C., March 8, 2024 (VSNewsNetwork.com) - Samaritan’s Feet International has officially announced the appointment of Jim McCafferty as its new Chief Operating Officer. In a notable act of altruism, McCafferty has decided to forgo his salary to further the nonprofit's mission of providing shoes to those in need across the United States and globally.

With a rich background in strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, finance, and leadership development, McCafferty is expected to significantly contribute to the operational and strategic initiatives of Samaritan’s Feet. His previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at AAA (Auto Club Group and Carolinas) and Executive Vice President at GuideOne Insurance Company.
