Kevin Dean Appointed as Chairman of euNetworks

LONDON, October 29, 2024 (VSNewsNetwork.com) — euNetworks, a telecommunications company specializing in bandwidth infrastructure, has announced leadership changes following its recent equity recapitalization and debt refinancing. Brady Rafuse, Chairman of euNetworks, will be stepping down from his position. Kevin Dean, currently serving as Interim CEO, will transition to Chairman once the new CEO is in place.

Rafuse joined euNetworks in 2009 as CEO, leading the company's growth from approximately €30 million in annual revenue to over €240 million in 2024. Reflecting on his tenure, Rafuse said, “I have had the privilege to lead euNetworks’ development over the last 15 years. I’m immensely proud of the team that we have built, and all that’s been achieved during that time.”

Dean, who joined euNetworks in 2014 and has held leadership roles including CMO, expressed his enthusiasm for the new role. “I’m excited to be taking on the role of Chairman of euNetworks, supporting the exceptional team as we build and develop what is the core foundation of Europe’s future critical infrastructure,” he said.

euNetworks operates 18 fiber-based metropolitan networks and a high-capacity intercity backbone across 17 countries in Europe.
