Kingsbarn Completes Renovations at University of Oregon Student Housing

LAS VEGAS, June 24, 2024 (VSNewsNetwork.com) - Kingsbarn Capital & Development has announced the completion of renovations at Ducks Village, a 650-bed student housing community serving the University of Oregon in Eugene. Located just northwest of downtown Eugene, Ducks Village provides students with a variety of fully furnished suites, including one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom options.

The renovation project, part of a value-add program, included significant interior upgrades. These enhancements feature new stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, new cabinets, HVAC units, smart home features such as Nest thermostats, and new LED lighting. Improvements were also made to common areas, including an upgraded clubhouse and fitness center, the addition of a dog park, new pool furniture, an outdoor kitchen, new signage, and enhanced internet connectivity throughout the property.

Ducks Village, originally built in 1995, has been modernized to enhance the quality of life for students and to make the property more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.
