McCray, the founder and owner of Principés Consulting, will deliver leadership development services to clients in Arlington, Alexandria, and Southern Fairfax, Virginia.

McCray brings over 29 years of leadership experience, having worked his way up from front-line associate to department head and director in the aerospace and logistics industries, and eventually to roles as chief operations officer and chief executive as an entrepreneur. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration and has completed all but the dissertation requirements for a PhD in Organizational Leadership.
