SAN FRANCISCO, November 4, 2024 (VSNewsNetwork.com) – Law firm Latham & Watkins has announced the return of Zachary Fallon as a partner in its Bay Area offices, joining the firm’s Emerging Companies & Growth Practice. According to the company, Fallon will focus on advising companies, investors, and market participants in the technology, fintech, and digital assets sectors, particularly on federal securities law compliance for crypto and digital assets.

Fallon previously co-founded Ketsal, a boutique legal and consulting firm, and earlier served nine years at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in the Division of Corporate Finance and the Office of the General Counsel. His roles at the SEC included Senior Special Counsel and Special Advisor to the General Counsel. Fallon’s practice also includes policy work on legislative initiatives and defense strategies for clients in SEC and state securities investigations.
