Samaritan's Feet International Welcomes New Chief Program Officer from Starbucks

CHARLOTTE, N.C., March 27, 2024 (VSNewsNetwork.com) - Samaritan's Feet International, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing shoes to children and individuals in need across the globe, has announced Kirsten Kays as its new Chief Program Officer (CPO). Kays, who brings over three decades of retail industry experience, including significant roles at Nordstroms and Starbucks, will oversee the organization's wide array of programs both domestically and internationally.

During her tenure at Starbucks, Kays served as a Human Resources Business Partner and was a member of the Global Inclusion and Diversity Board. Her career is marked by achievements in strategic planning, training, operations management, and development. Kays, a University of Washington alumna, will be relocating to Charlotte, N.C., to join the Samaritan’s Feet team at their worldwide headquarters.
