Ross Muken, previously serving as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO), has been promoted to President, while George Cardoza joins as the company’s new CFO.

In his new role, Muken will oversee global business operations and support strategic planning alongside CEO Jurgi Camblong. He continues to lead SOPHiA GENETICS' go-to-market functions, including clinical sales, marketing, customer experience, and operations. Muken initially joined SOPHiA GENETICS in 2021 as CFO and was appointed as COO in 2023.

He brings over 30 years of experience in precision medicine and clinical diagnostics, including previous roles as CFO and Head of Service Delivery at Biocartis, and multiple executive positions at NeoGenomics Laboratories.
