FORT WORTH, Texas, August 10, 2023 (VSNewsNetwork.com) - The Department of Veteran Affairs has granted accreditation to Rehab Warriors, a national trade school. This endorsement from the VA, through its VR&E (Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment) division, is focused on training veterans with a service-connected disability rating of 10% or higher.

Since its foundation in 2019, Rehab Warriors has initiated several partnerships. By 2020, the organization collaborated with the Department of Labor to introduce an apprenticeship program centered on home renovation and affordable housing. In 2021, the Texas Workforce Commission endorsed the organization.

Over the past 18 months, the organization expanded into more than five cities and has been attributed to contributing over $400 million towards Workforce Housing and Community revitalization.

Andy Williams, founder of Rehab Warriors, commented on the accreditation, "Today, the Department of Veteran Affairs concurs." He highlighted the housing shortfall in the U.S. and emphasized the potential role of returning veterans in addressing this issue.

Furthermore, Rehab Warriors has also established a partnership with Johns Hopkins University's Carey School of Business, aiming to offer educational and career opportunities in Real Estate and Infrastructure.

Veterans interested in participating in the program and exploring opportunities in the real estate sector are encouraged to get in touch with the organization.
