Ronnie Coleman Receives Ben Weider Lifetime Achievement Award and Expands Supplement Line into Brazil

Furthermore, after 5 ½ years of legal proceedings, Ronnie Coleman Signature Series® is scheduled to begin a jury trial on September 16, 2024, in Sanford, Seminole County, Florida. The company filed a lawsuit in 2019 against Texas-based Western Packaging, Inc. and Wisconsin-based PolyFirst Packaging, Inc. The lawsuit alleges that Western Packaging defrauded RCBA Nutraceuticals LLC, the company behind Ronnie Coleman Signature Series®, and that both Western and PolyFirst were involved in a civil conspiracy against the brand. The plaintiff is also seeking punitive damages. The trial is expected to last three weeks.
