Coalition Space to Launch New Coworking Location in Downtown Denver
NEW YORK, December 18, 2023 (VSNewsNetwork.com) - Coalition Space, a New York-based company specializing in flex office spaces, is set to expand its operations to Denver, Colorado. The company has announced that its new coworking location will open in downtown Denver in January 2024. This development aligns with the company's growth strategy amid changing dynamics in the coworking space industry.
The upcoming Denver location of Coalition Space will be housed on the 16th floor at 1660 Lincoln Street, encompassing a 16,000-square-foot area. The space is designed to offer a variety of work environments, including private offices, open desk areas, event spaces, as well as additional amenities like a gym, a coffee shop, and large conference facilities.
Coalition Space's expansion comes at a time when the coworking space industry is experiencing shifts, with some operators like WeWork facing operational challenges. In contrast, Coalition Space is actively hiring staff and ramping up operations, leveraging landlord revenue-sharing deals to foster new partnerships with national and regional landlords and asset managers.
Spencer Rothschild, CEO of Coalition Space, provided insight into the company's approach and future plans in a recent interview. Rothschild discussed the strategic decisions that have positioned Coalition Space for growth, including the sale of a majority of the company's assets prior to the pandemic. "We sensed challenges in the market both from inventory and looming interest rates. I made the decision to sell the majority of our assets, which helped allow Coalition Space to survive the pandemic,” Rothschild explained.
