BATON ROUGE, La., February 6, 2025 (VSNewsNetwork.com) — Test equipment and calibration services provider JM Test Systems has announced the appointment of Andrew Treanor as Chief Executive Officer. Treanor succeeds Scott Morrison, who will transition to the role of Executive Chairman.

JM Test Systems was founded nearly 43 years ago by Ed Morrison to provide test equipment services with a focus on quality and accuracy. Scott Morrison, who became CEO in 1998, has led the company’s expansion to over 500 employees and nearly 10,000 customers across all 50 states.

“It’s been a privilege to serve as CEO for the past 22 years. I can’t think of a better leader than Andrew to drive our continued success and growth. Partnering with Kanbrick has added tremendous value to our business and will continue to provide the capacity and expertise we need to pursue acquisitions and growth opportunities to better serve our customers,” said Morrison.

Treanor previously served as CEO of Pampered Chef, a Berkshire Hathaway company, where he oversaw the transformation of its operations, global sourcing, and technology systems.

“It’s an honor to serve and lead as CEO of JM Test. It’s an incredible company with a wonderful team that is passionate about serving our customers. I truly admire what the Morrison family has built over the last four decades, and I’m committed to preserving the best of their legacy while growing the business and our offerings to support customer needs,” said Treanor.

JM Test Systems was acquired by long-term investment firm Kanbrick in 2023.

“We’re grateful for Scott’s partnership and leadership, and we couldn’t be more impressed by how he built JM Test into an impactful business during his 22 years as CEO. We are excited for this next phase of growth with Scott as Executive Chairman and Andrew as CEO. Andrew is a proven leader, and we are confident he is the right person to lead JM Test through the next phase of growth,” said Tracy Britt Cool, Co-Founder of Kanbrick.
