Anitya Launches Web-Based 3D Creation Engine for XR Applications

NEW YORK, August 16, 2024 (VSNewsNetwork.com) – Anitya has announced the launch of its first-generation web-based 3D creation engine, designed to simplify the development of applications for spatial computing, augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and mixed reality (MR). The platform aims to democratize the creation of immersive experiences by offering tools that eliminate the high costs and steep learning curves typically associated with XR development.

Anitya’s initial release includes six fully customizable templates that allow creators to easily navigate the process of building gamified experiences. According to the company, the platform requires no prior coding knowledge and is entirely web-based, making it accessible to a broader range of users.

During its pre-launch phase, Anitya secured key partnerships, including a collaboration with Lenovo to increase the number of applications available on Lenovo’s ThinkReality VRX glasses. The platform also integrated Ready Player Me’s avatar system, allowing users to incorporate personalized avatars into their Anitya-created experiences.
