DRB Group Initiates Construction of First Orlando Division Community in Saint Cloud, Florida

SAINT CLOUD, Fla., December 8, 2023 (VSNewsNetwork.com) - The DRB Group has officially started construction on Trinity Place, a new community featuring 52 single-family homes in Saint Cloud, Osceola County. Announced at a groundbreaking ceremony held on December 5, the project marks the first venture of DRB Homes' Orlando Division, with homes starting from the upper $300s.

The groundbreaking event was attended by key figures from DRB Homes' division management, including Orlando Division President Adam Schott, along with VPs Nicole Gerlin, Jim Reinert, Dennis Motsco, and Jeff Friedrich. Additionally, Ben Snyder from Hanover Land Company and Chassity Vega, CEO of the Greater Orlando Builders Association, were present.

Adam Schott, President of DRB Homes - Orlando Division, shared his perspective on the significance of the project. "While this ceremony marks the start of DRB Homes’ construction of Trinity Place, it is truly bigger than that. We expect to open several more communities in the Orlando area in the coming year. Given the warm welcome by so many industry people in the area, we are excited for the future," stated Schott.

The construction timeline indicates that sales for Trinity Place will commence in April 2024, with the first deliveries of homes scheduled for June 2024.
