Heather Kirkby brings over 25 years of global leadership experience in technology and life sciences. She has held roles at Intuit and Siebel (acquired by Oracle) and most recently served as Chief People Officer for Recursion Pharmaceuticals, a public startup specializing in tech-enabled drug discovery. At Recursion, Kirkby led the company through its growth from a post-Series B startup to a 2021 IPO, scaling the workforce to over 500 employees and establishing a multi-disciplinary hub in Toronto.
Kirkby’s achievements have been recognized with numerous accolades, including Intuit’s CEO Leadership Award in 2017 and being a Women Tech Council Leadership Finalist in 2020. She holds an MBA from Harvard University.
