TACOMA, Wash., October 2, 2023 (VSNewsNetwork.com) - Hunt's Services, a Home Services Company operating in Tacoma/Fife, WA, has unveiled its "Partnership for the Cure" initiative. The campaign, in collaboration with the Carol Milgard Breast Center, is set to run throughout October with the goal of raising awareness and funds for breast cancer research and support.

Joe Krissoff, the General Manager of Hunt’s Services, stated the company's commitment to community involvement, noting that some staff members are survivors or have close connections to those affected by breast cancer. "We believe it is our duty to support and serve the community," Krissoff said.

The Carol Milgard Breast Center is a non-profit organization focused on providing breast health services. Donations from the campaign will directly fund the center's financial assistance program, which offers mammograms to uninsured or underinsured individuals.

The campaign will officially commence on October 4, 2023, at 7:30 AM PST at Hunt’s Services' Training Center. A guest speaker from the Carol Milgard Breast Center will be featured at the event.

As part of the awareness-raising efforts, Hunt’s Services employees will don pink booties, gloves, and baseball caps. Pink ribbon magnets will be added to company vehicles, and their mascot, Thor, will also sport pink attire. To collect donations, Hunt’s Services and Coleman Heating and Air Conditioning will sell unique beanies at $20 each, with all proceeds going directly to the Carol Milgard Breast Center.

Hunt's Services, employing 60 people across two locations, provides a range of home services including electrical, heating and cooling, air quality, drain cleaning, plumbing, and sewer systems in the greater Puget Sound area.
