Purpose Earth Recognized as Finalist in Anthem Awards for Community Impact

NEW YORK, December 17, 2023 (VSNewsNetwork.com) - Purpose Earth, a grant and mentorship program focused on environmental restoration, community activation, and cultural collaboration, has been honored as a finalist in the Anthem Awards. This recognition comes in the Local Community Engagement category for Education, Art & Culture, highlighting the organization's commitment to impactful, purpose-driven projects.

The Anthem Awards, celebrating social impact excellence, selected Purpose Earth from a diverse group of 2,000 candidates across 30 countries. The International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences, which includes members from The Atlantic, Innocence Project, and The Oprah Winfrey Charitable Foundation, oversees the selection process.

Patricia McLoughlin, General Manager of the Anthem Awards, praised the finalists' efforts. "From innovative projects fighting climate change to impactful calls for equal rights across the globe and best-in-class CSR and ESG efforts, the Anthem Community is a bright light in our uncertain world," she stated.

This year's Anthem Awards will feature the first Anthem Community Voice Award, chosen by public voting from December 5 to December 21, with winners announced on January 30, 2024.

Purpose Earth's grant and mentorship program has been instrumental in developing solutions to environmental and social challenges at the local level. Since 2020, the organization has awarded over $300,000 to 33 projects in 17 countries and provided hundreds of hours of mentoring to project leaders.
