Cleverbridge Appoints Kevin Feagan as Chief Revenue Officer
COLOGNE, September 30, 2024 (VSNewsNetwork.com) – Cleverbridge, an e-commerce platform specializing in subscription services for businesses, has named Kevin Feagan as its new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Feagan, who brings over 20 years of experience in the payments and e-commerce industries, will oversee the company’s revenue strategy.
Feagan's new role at Cleverbridge includes managing go-to-market strategies and optimizing revenue-generating activities. With past experience at companies such as Everyware, FIS, and BluePay, he is expected to lead the company in enhancing its merchant of record (MoR) model, which consolidates payments, subscription management, and tax compliance into one solution for e-commerce businesses.
“I’m thrilled to be joining Cleverbridge at this point in the company’s history. The product, people, and clients have all impressed me immensely, but I’ve been particularly drawn to the leadership team. It’s clear that Cleverbridge is ready for a major growth event, and I’m here to help make that happen,” Feagan said.
Prior to joining Cleverbridge, Feagan served as the CRO at Everyware, a company focused on e-commerce payments and card-not-present transactions. Before that, he was Senior Vice President at FIS, a global provider of technology solutions for financial services firms. Feagan was also recognized in the Electronic Transactions Association’s Forty Under 40 list in 2020.
Wendi Sturgis, CEO of Cleverbridge, expressed her optimism about Feagan’s appointment. “Kevin has a proven track record of growing payments and e-commerce companies, and his addition will enable Cleverbridge to build on existing momentum as we continue to scale merchant of record selling globally,” said Sturgis.
