Eqlipse Technologies Appoints Terri Walker-Spoonhour as Senior Vice President of Integration and Operations

HERNDON, Va., September 26, 2023 (VSNewsNetwork.com) - Eqlipse Technologies, a provider of engineering solutions to the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC), has announced the addition of Terri Walker-Spoonhour as its Senior Vice President of Integration and Operations. In her new role, Walker-Spoonhour will spearhead the Eqlipse Integration Management Office (IMO) for present and upcoming acquisitions, emphasizing seamless program execution.

Previously, Walker-Spoonhour held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations at Alion Science & Technology. Her responsibilities included overseeing the defense services and products enterprise, which encompassed areas like cyber, electronic warfare (EW), and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR). Post the acquisition of Alion by Huntington Ingalls in 2021, she transitioned to the role of Chief Operating Officer of the Technical Solutions Division, where her main focus was on integrating the former Alion portfolio and ensuring the division's efficient performance. She also held notable leadership positions at QinetQ North America and Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC).

Established in March 2023, Eqlipse Technologies, part of the Arlington Capital Partners portfolio, currently has a staff of over 600 employees spread across three primary locations. With recent expansions, the company has consolidated its workforce in Herndon and Annapolis Junction, signifying their commitment to integration and growth.
