STATEN ISLAND, N.Y., October 25, 2023 (VSNewsNetwork.com) - Germain Motor Company has acquired SI Yachts, a boat dealer and yacht brokerage firm in the Northeast. SI Yachts, initially known as Staten Island Yacht Sales, was founded in 1964 by Frank Bongiorno, who will retire after over six decades in the marine industry. The acquisition is part of Germain Motor Company's broader strategy to expand its marine industry operations.

SI Yachts represents premium brands like Viking, Princess, Absolute, Prestige, Pardo Yachts, and Valhalla Boatworks, and has multiple offices in states like Florida, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New York.
