PANAMA CITY, September 4, 2024 (VSNewsNetwork.com) – Punta Pacifica Realty (PPR) has launched sales for MOVA by B&B Italia, a new residential and commercial development located in the heart of Panama City’s financial district. The project, consisting of 285 high-end condominiums, is designed to merge residential living with business and hospitality services.

The development will feature three buildings and is being promoted by the company as an urban living space with an emphasis on sustainability, wellness, and connectivity. Designed by the Italian interior design firm B&B Italia, the project offers modern, luxury living with a range of amenities.

“MOVA by B&B Italia is something completely new for the market,” said Duncan McGowan, CEO of Punta Pacifica Realty. “It is creating a unique urban experience in a thriving location in downtown Panama City.”

The development is part of a broader "superblock" initiative aimed at promoting walkable urban spaces and increased social interaction. MOVA is located in Obarrio, a financial district, and near the new headquarters of the Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean (CAF).

MOVA’s amenities will include co-working areas, a rooftop “sky pool,” a full-service spa, a pet spa, a bowling alley, and a cinema, all designed to create a comprehensive living experience for residents.

“MOVA brings the type of urban living you find in only the most modern buildings in the world’s top cities,” said Jeff Barton, Managing Director of PPR.

The Panama luxury real estate market has shown resilience, with sales and rental prices continuing to rise. According to Barton, there has already been strong interest from investors. “We are already seeing a lot of interest in MOVA from investors, who recognize the strength of the market. Panama’s economy continues to grow, providing a steady flow of high-level executives and their families into the Panama property market,” he noted.

The project is being developed by Pacific Developers, a company with more than 20 years of experience in the region. The architectural design is a collaboration between George Moreno & Partners and Mallol Architects.
