Douglass’ experience encompasses handling discovery for criminal cases and assisting with civil matters, including False Claims Act cases and personal injury cases.

Before her role as a legal assistant, Douglass gained substantial managerial and customer service experience in the food and beverage industry, which has been beneficial in her current position.
