AAE Acquires Solara Automation to Expand Factory Automation Solutions in the U.S.

RALEIGH, N.C., July 9, 2024 (VSNewsNetwork.com) - Solara Automation, based in Morrisville, NC, has been acquired by AAE, a high-tech machine and module manufacturer headquartered in Helmond, The Netherlands. This acquisition will combine AAE's advanced technology with Solara Automation's extensive experience in industrial automation to enhance factory automation solutions in the United States.

Solara Automation has been providing customized industrial automation solutions for over 20 years. The acquisition is part of AAE's internationalization strategy to address the needs of its globally operating customers.
