Brotemarkle, who brings over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, will also serve as General Counsel to Centra Companies, the home building and selling arm of the organization.

Brotemarkle's career began as a trial lawyer where he represented general contractors, subcontractors, and real estate developers. He has since held significant leadership roles, including CFO and General Counsel for a Twin Cities contractor, where he led a comprehensive digital transformation and expanded the company's projects nationwide.
