Having gained over two decades of international experience in the chemical industry, Fedoseev is tasked with leading the commercialization of Novaphos's innovative technology that ensures sustainable phosphoric acid production.

Fedoseev has been at the forefront of fertilizer production operations across various countries, including Belgium, China, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, and Russia. With an academic foundation that includes a Master of Science, a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, and an EMBA degree, Fedoseev recently undertook a significant transition, moving from Russia to the United States following the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine. Before joining Novaphos, Fedoseev managed operations for the fertilizer segment at EuroChem Group, a Switzerland-based international agrochemical conglomerate. In his role at Novaphos, Fedoseev will be reporting to CEO, Timothy Cotton.
