Nicola Melchiotti Appointed CEO of CESI
MILAN, June 3, 2024, (VSNewsNetwork.com) - CESI S.p.A. has announced the appointment of Nicola Melchiotti as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the 2024-2026 term, following the recent confirmation of Guido Bortoni as Chairman during the first meeting of the newly renewed Board of Directors.
Melchiotti, who will also assume the role of General Manager on June 1, succeeds Domenico Villani. Villani will continue with CESI as the Executive Vice President of the TIC Division and Group Sustainability Affairs. Melchiotti's extensive career at Enel includes roles such as Head of Global Customer Operations and Country Manager for Argentina. He also has experience in strategic consulting with McKinsey & Company and holds degrees from Politecnico di Milano, CentraleSupélec in Paris, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
