CHICAGO, June 17, 2024 (VSNewsNetwork.com) - nuHaus has been honored as the Midwest Regional Winner and one of the 44 Global Finalists in the Sub-Zero and Wolf Kitchen Design Contest for their project titled "Everything Isn't Bigger in Texas." This competition is renowned in the kitchen design industry, showcasing innovative and practical design solutions from around the world.

The winning project, a 170-square-foot kitchen and adjacent bar, exemplifies the craftsmanship of nuHaus and its sister company, Exclusive Woodworking. The design, created by Doug Durbin and Anna Laska, integrates modern elegance with functionality, achieving a balance of form and practicality.

The Sub-Zero and Wolf Kitchen Design Contest received over 1,600 entries from 11 countries and 44 U.S. states, with 57% of entries from first-time participants. An international panel of seven judges, including past winners, reviewed the entries to select the finalists. Being named the Midwest Regional Winner and a Global Finalist places nuHaus among the top designers in the industry.
