Red Arts Capital Appoints Sherina Maye Edwards as CEO-in-Residence

CHICAGO, April 10, 2025 (VSNewsNetwork.com) — Investment firm Red Arts Capital has announced the appointment of Sherina Maye Edwards as CEO-in-Residence. Edwards will lead the firm’s platform investment strategy in the utility services sector.

According to a company press release, Edwards will focus on identifying and supporting businesses involved in the expansion of the national electrical grid and modernization of U.S. infrastructure. She previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of INTREN, a subsidiary of MasTec, and as Chief Strategy Officer at MasTec, where she led the company’s power delivery segment.

“Sherina has led remarkable growth across both private and public companies in utility and energy supply chains. Her extensive regulatory, legal, and executive experience will be essential as we continue to address the evolving needs of our investors, portfolio companies, and other key stakeholders,” said Nick Antoine, Co-CEO and Managing Partner of Red Arts Capital.

Before joining INTREN, Edwards was a Partner at Quarles & Brady, focusing on energy and utilities regulation. She also served on the Illinois Commerce Commission and was appointed in 2016 as Co-Chair of the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Voluntary Information-Sharing System Working Group.
